Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, providing information about our services, and addressing any questions or concerns.

  • Respond to customer emails, offering timely and accurate assistance, and maintaining a record of customer interactions.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.

  • Coordinate with the cleaning team to schedule services, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus.

  • Empathy and a customer-oriented attitude.
